  Our goal is to keep cost low and pass on the savings to our customers. First Class USPS Shipping & Handling charges are reasonable. See chart. It is our goal to respond to your e-mail orders and Shopping Cart orders with an e-mail acknowledgement and confirmation within 24 hours.

  
  We prefer a personal touch with our customers so we will usually respond to any questions about product selection, availability, ordering, and payment within a reasonable time.

Normally we only increase our prices when our suppliers increase theirs. You will always get the posted price on the day your order is submitted. Some hard to get beads may have an order limit due to short supply. Prices often fluctuate on these beads so the prices are subject to change upon short notice. Occasionally, we may have to inform you that your item is on Back Order. We will do partial shipments, if you so request, at no extra charge on Back Ordered items. Return Policy
