Now accepting direct secure payment by: Shopping Cart by Mal's E-Commerce. Transactions are made via a secure server (Thawte SSL) which is monitored by Scan Alert for security breaches. We collect your credit card details securely online, print a copy and destroy the online record. At no time are your details passed by email or any other insecure service.

Our goal is to keep cost low and pass on the savings to our customers. First Class USPS Shipping & Handling charges are reasonable. See chart. It is our goal to respond to your e-mail orders and Shopping Cart orders with an e-mail acknowledgement and confirmation within 24 hours.

We prefer a personal touch with our customers so we will usually respond to any questions about product selection, availability, ordering, and payment within a reasonable time.

Pricing and Availability

Normally we only increase our prices when our suppliers increase theirs. You will always get the posted price on the day your order is submitted. Some hard to get beads may have an order limit due to short supply. Prices often fluctuate on these beads so the prices are subject to change upon short notice. Occasionally, we may have to inform you that your item is on Back Order. We will do partial shipments, if you so request, at no extra charge on Back Ordered items. Return Policy.

Your personal information is treated with strict confidentiality as we value our customers trust. We do not accept any annoying complimentary buttons, ads, or banners on any of our web pages, except credit card and security logos. We do not entertain exchange links policy as this will only clutter the site.
