Shipping & Handling Rate Table

Due to the recent USA postal increase in May 2007,  we have to adjust the USPO S/H accordingly. 
As compared to private carriers (UPS, FedEx) who add on fuel surcharge and residence
address penalty,  USPO is still the cheapest for small, light weight packages such as beads. 
We are an environmentally sensitive company and do not over package to save world resources.
