Credit Cards.


Visa, MasterCard, Discover are accepted. We also accept
debit or check cards with a visa or master card symbol. (Please note: For first
time orders, your credit card billing address must be the same as the 'Ship To'
address.)
Payment by PayPal can be accepted after your order is completed,
submitted, and invoiced. We will send you a PayPal
request to complete your order. If you do not authorize PAYPAL payment
within 3 business days, we will cancel your order automatically.

We do not ship C.O.D.
Once your order has been submitted, we cannot make changes or additions.

Returns
We accept returns within 15 days from receipt of the merchandise in its
original package. A 15% restocking charge may be charged for items
returned due to no error of Gerri's Crystals or damaged goods.
Please return items in the original product packaging and include a copy of the
invoice in the box. Our return address is

you are returning damaged or defective merchandise, please call our Customer

for return authorization.
Your return will be processed within 2-5 business days. Shipping charges are
normally
non-refundable.
Privacy Policy.
We respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is for the
purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise
given out under any circumstances.
Backorders.
We do our best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery, however
backorders do occur. Your backordered items will ship out US Mail as soon as
they come into stock with no additional shipping charges. If you do not receive
your backorder within 45 days, please re-order the product. There are no
backorders on 'Limited Edition' items. Please e-mail or call us if you do not
wish to keep your items on backorder.
