Company Profile and Mission

Gerri's Crystals was founded by Gerri Behan in 2000 in California.  It operated in Novato,  CA, a San Francisco Bay Area city until 2008 and moved to Roseburg, OR where Gerri and her husband Robert now reside.  . Before this venture, Gerri had been working as a health care clinical data analyst with hospitals and medical centers for many years. She fell in love with Swarovski crystals while taking a beading class and subsequently spent endless hours in working with different designs using Swarovski crystal beads. Her enthusiasm led to her meeting of a Swarovski executive who encouraged her to pursue this business. In 2002, Gerri left her full time position with the Hospital to devote to her business.  Sean, their son, joined the business in 2003 and he oversaw  operation while Gerri concentrated in customer relations and business development.

In 2008, Gerri and Robert moved to  Roseburg Oregon where Gerri's Crystals is now licensed and operating.  She is currently re-organizing her business to concentrate in more specialty and rare Swarovski crystal beads while liquidating the highly visible and common items such as  4mm and 6mm bicones, rounds and cubes. 

Her vision is to put her inventory capital in crystals that appeal to customers who desire rare and hard to find  colors, sizes and shapes that are not widely available from regular sources, including  mint condition vintage beads and specialty effect coatings. 

She commits to providing quality customer service and fast shipment at reasonable shipping cost.  Gerri answers all of her customers' emails and orders are shipped no later than 24 hours during the week.
